The company’s customer database is created in the program. By grouping customers based on different parameters, it is possible to simplify the accounting of business relations with them and make a more detailed analysis.
For each client, be it a one-time sale or a long-term business relationship, it is possible to indicate agreed payment terms in the program. When there are several contracts with the same client, their separation is also possible technically, therefore at any time we can analyze the implementation of a specific agreement by both us and the client. The contract may also include an internal payment schedule, which is drawn up automatically, based on the input of amounts, period, interest, and other information. By creating reminders, we easily control debts, overdue days, have a transparent relationship with our customers and as a result, increase the company’s liquidity.
SAP reporting allows us to analyze sales based on products, customer segments, sales employees, projects, and periods. Obtain information on more profitable areas of activity and plan future sales properly. In addition, through the built-in BI system, it is possible to set sales plans based on employees, periods, products, and more. As soon as the program opens, we see the execution of the plan on the visual graph.
