BI Analytics

The built-in BI system allows us to display graphs and KPIs of interest to each user in the workplace. When creating schedules, the user can link them to a specific indicator, as well as add additional filters: period, customer, supplier, product, sales employee, branch, etc. The BI system allows program users to detect problems and respond to them quickly and easily.

Excel Reports

In addition to in-app reporting, SAP Business One also has a dynamic Excel reporting tool. This means reporting in excel in form of a pivot table. Once the user has created the reporting template, based on their own views and saves it as an excel file, the file maintains a connection to the SAP Business One database, and to update the report, the user will just need to click the update button in the file.

With this opportunity, the company management is no longer limited to the reports presented in the program, and any barriers to obtaining the desired analytics are removed. In addition, to view a report of the interest, the user no longer has to log in to the program, it is enough to visit only the specific Excel file.
